Route9Auto is owned and operated by
Dee Scanlon, Bryon Fuller and Joe Bucko. Founded by Dee (former Saturn of Hadley
Service Manager) and Bryon (Assistant Manager), the two had a loyal following of
Saturn and
non-Saturn customers that pleaded with them to start a new service
facility when Saturn of Hadley closed. In July of 2006, the
team founded Route9Auto. Customers have been thrilled and word
of a reliable and trustworthy service team is
getting around town. To support its rapid growth, Route9Auto
hired a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Master Technician
in April 2007 and a Toyota Master, Toyota Hybrid,
Ford / Lincoln-Mercury Master and ASE Master
Technician in August 2008.
Joe Bucko joined as an owner in
February of 2008 to support the growing used car sales business,
supporting customers' needs with financing and warranty expertise.
Trained in the "Saturn Way" of
providing exceptional customer service and a "no hassle, no haggle"
pricing policy, Route9Auto provides customers with a different kind
of service experience.
Our technicians often talk with customers or ride with them to help
trouble shoot a problem with their car. They are just as good with
people as they are with cars. Customers appreciate the little perks
like wireless Internet access in the waiting area.
We have been very
fortunate and successful in both our service and sales business. We
owe a lot to our customers. They have paid us the highest compliment
that any business owner can ask for. No awards or certifications
can come close to the pride we feel when we see how our customers
have recommended us time after time to co-workers, family and
friends. We owe our success to them and we are grateful.
In April of 2008, we were contacted by the
Better Business Bureau whose independent research revealed very high
customer satisfaction with the Route9Auto service and sales

Owners
Dee Scanlon heads
up our overall operations. She brings over 10 years of automotive
experience both as technician and as a manager. She started out as a
Saturn Certified technician and moved on to become Saturn Fixed
Operations Manager. Her experience as both a technician and a
service/parts manager gives her the ability to fix cars and maintain
high customer satisfaction. When the opportunity to fill a gap for
Saturn owners came about she did not hesitate to team up with Bryon
and open up a repair facility to not only fill that need but also to
service many other makes and models and treat all customers to the
best experience they could.
Bryon Fuller heads
up our service and parts operations. He brings over 18 years of
experience to our service and parts operation. He operated a local
fast lube operation for many years. During his time their he
achieved high customer satisfaction and was responsible for
operating the business. He also worked as a Service Writer at the
local Saturn dealer and worked hard at keeping customers happy. His
experiences have equipped him with the knowledge and expertise
needed to run a successful service operation.
Joe Bucko heads up our Sales and
Finance departments. Joe brings many years of experience to our
sales department. He comes from a background working as a sales
associate, sales manager and finance manager for Saturn, Toyota, VW
and Ford. He has a wealth of knowledge about a lot of different
makes and models of cars. He has a special nack for helping finding
people a fit between the vehicle that's right for them, at a price
that fits their wallet.
Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Master
Steven Tourigny is our Master technician
and service team leader. Steve has 21 years experience in the
automotive field. He graduated from Smith Vocational while working
part time at the local marina and at the local Dodge dealer. Upon
graduation he went full time working for Dodge as their team leader.
He worked on many makes and models including Plymouth, Alliance,
Renault, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. He is a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge
certified Master technician. He is a Prowler and Crossfire
specialist. He also spent a short 6 months working for KIA prior to
coming on board with us in April of 2007. Since joining our team he
has repaired too many makes and models to list.
Toyota Master, Toyota Hybrid
Master
John West
joined our team in August of 2008. He comes to us from the local
Toyota dealer and beings 23 years of automotive experience. He
brings a wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge. During his
23 years he has become factory trained and certified as follows:
Toyota Master, Toyota Hybrid Master, Senior Ford/Lincoln-Mercury
Master and an ASE Certified Master technician. He enjoys working on
electrical problems and check/service engine lights. We are happy to
have him on our team and growing the brands that we specialize in.
Maintenance/Light Repair
Brian Scanlon joined our team in
June 2008. He achieved 4 years of vocational training in automotive
and over the years has worked on many makes and models. He is our
light repair and maintenance technician. His experience and
knowledge are expanding every day. He apprentices under Steve and
John. We are happy to have him on our team and look forward to
watching him grow into a more experienced and seasoned automotive
technician.
